The PepsiCo venture Drinkfinity, launched in February 2018, uses a unique pod delivery system to provide great flavor to any water. The system is extremely environmentally friendly, using less than 65% of plastic used in ready-to-drink bottled beverages.
Customers purchase a $20 "vessel," along with flavor pods that range from white peach to Americano pods and infuse them in one simple motion. Based on a subscription model, you can get a variety of pods delivered to your door every month for ranging retail prices. If subscriptions aren't your thing, you can purchase the pods separately on a when you need them basis. Every pod is free of artificial sweeteners and artificial flavoring containing only 30-80 calories (per 20oz drink.)
With a pack of 4 pods ranging from $5-$6.50, this is an extremely affordable option rather than buying flavored water beverages at your local gas stations. Drinkfinity is also donating $1 for every transaction to Water.org in 2018 to provide a year of clean water to developing countries, up to $100,000. Drinkfinity's main goal is to close the gap between wellness and versatility. And with the super easy system of "peel, pop, shake," they are promoting a healthy lifestyle one "pop" at a time.
