Apple recently updated the MacBook Pro lineup, a long awaited update. With speeds of up to 70% faster of the previous model, True Tone displays, and upwards of 6 cores in select models, many have waited for this update for years. The new models can also support up to 32GB of memory and the Apple T2 chip (allows for Hey Siri and other features.)
Tech gurus have been waiting for a multiple core MacBook Pro for some time now, recently locked in by dual-core systems. The implications of the new 6-core processors (on select models) allows for the user to do activities 70% faster than on older Mac notebooks. Apple claims that the new notebooks are "...the most advanced Mac notebook ever."
Alongside the new releases, a new leather case debuted for the MacBook Pros. Although it was only available for the MacBook before, it can now be purchased for the Pro lineup. The new models can also support external GPUs. Only available at the Apple Store, Blackmagic Design's eGPU is a great option for the new MacBook Pros, allowing for even more computing power for your new MacBook Pro.
The new updated models start at $1,799 for the 13" Touch Bar model, and $2,399 for the 15" Touch Bar model.
